Sawing                                                                                      We are continually investing in new cutting facilities and now have 5 semi automatic saws capable of straight, mitre and bundle cutting all sizes up to 1016mm wide. We can also offer individual marking and identification as well as bundling into kit form to enable you to process the steel more efficiently.                                                             

Shotbasting and Painting                                                      We have invested in a new Gietart shotblasting and preservation line to keep up with the demand from our customers to supply a painted product that is ready to fabricate. EEC regulations now insist on the use of water based paints and this investment is one of the first in the UK to offer this important safety feature. This again illustrates Tomrods' willingness to invest in the future.

Profiling and Laser Cutting                                                Base plates and other steel shapes, with or without holes, can be supplied. From thickness of 1.5mm up to 300mm. Please ask for details.

Shearing and Guillotining
We can offer a shearing service up to 3000mm x 12.7mm.

Decoiling
We buy coil which can be cut to your exact length requirements. Please ask our sales for more information.

Export
We export on a regular basis to the EEC, Africa and many other countries.
